Sixpacknow.com Review

I’ve been looking at different fitness & bodybuilding related websites over the past few months and came across an old website that I used to use, so I thought I would write a quick review to share my experiences with the site www.sixpacknow.com

I have come across this website many times in the past, especially when I was overweight and looking to shed a few pounds and reveal my hidden six-pack, I must say that there still appears to be a lot of decent articles on the website and also a feature I liked called “abs of the month”, which is still current! The site is basically designed to help you achieve a six pack by performing various abdominal exercises, following diet plans, workout routines etc.

What do you get with sixpacknow.com?

If memory serves me correctly there are personal trainers you can speak with (via live chat or email) DVD videos, nutritional meal plans that have been personally customised by a member of staff a PDF book. I’m not sure if they still offer it but they used to have a 30 day guarantee so at least if you’re not satisfied you can get your money back

The Big Question: How much and is it worth it?

I personally used their program sometime in 2003 or maybe 2004 and for the money it is well recommended, I think I paid for the more expensive program which is around the $50 mark, as it’s a one off payment and gives me lifetime access I can still login now and download all the videos etc. I think there is a cheaper alternative for under $20 but I think this is 6 months access and not unlimited.
I didn’t achieve a six pack from using their system but that was purely because I didn’t carry on using it, however I did lose weight and build muscle at the same time using their advice and videos, had I carried on using their website I would have had a six pack, so in my honest opinion it’s well worth 50 bucks! At least if you don’t have time when you pay the $50 you have lifetime access so can just login when you do have the time.
