Welcome to the Fitness & Bodybuilding book reviews section. I thought I would start this section off not with a fitness book review but with a review of a website, it’s a website I have used in the past so have first hand experience of it, it’s called sixpacknow.com – read my sixpacknow.com review
Books I’m reading or have read

1.) Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Education of a Bodybuilder.
Once I have finished reading the book I will write a full review, but I’m about 160 pages into the book and loving it so far, it’s great because you find out so much about Arnold’s life and how dedicated he is to the sport of bodybuilding, no wonder he had the best biceps in the world! If you are interested in buying this book it’s available here on Amazon.com for around $10
2.) Practical Programming for Strength Training.
A very useful book for those novice lifters who have a good knowledge of lifting weights. If you are looking for a book that gives you the best workout methods for gaining strength, power or size for a sport or want to understand how to perform the most difficult exercises such as squat, deadlift & power cleans, this is the book for you. The knowledge and years of practical experience from Mark Rippetoe & Lon Kilgore is what makes this book better than 99.9% of other strength training books, I can’t put this book down at the moment! Available on Amazon.com for around $25
